I’m Taylor, registered dietitian, fitness enthusiast, and major foodie. I started Taylor’d Nutrition to help people like you finally live your healthiest and happiest life. I wholeheartedly believe in balance! And balance means enjoying all food, moving your body in a way that feels good and enhancing your health beyond the scale.

My Story
​
Like you, I have had my own struggles with food and body image, which is exactly why I became a dietitian and nutrition coach. When I was 14, my pediatrician told me, an otherwise healthy active teenager, that I was overweight. This started a nearly 10 year spiral of disordered eating. I tried all of the diets, I got mad at myself when I couldn’t stick to them, and found myself in a spiral of emotional eating and bingeing on all the foods I knew I shouldn’t.

This is actually the reason I became a dietitian! I’ll admit, at first it was more so to help myself be healthy than it was to help others. But eventually, as I learned more about nutrition and nourishing my body, I started to have a more positive space regarding health! I loved feeling liberated from the diets, eating what I wanted while still honoring my health, and I realized I wanted to help you get here too.
